Do you have a great salsa recipe? Join us at Sparge Brewery on Cinco de Mayo (May 5th) from 1-3pm for the 1st Annual Salsa Competition. Enjoy samples of salsa with your favorite Sparge beer and vote for the People's choice.
Event Details
The event is limited to 20 contestants
Contestants will be judged on Appearance, Taste and Texture
Each contestant should bring a 1/2 gallon of their award winning salsa.
Awards will based on the following categories
Red
Green
Fruit
Peoples Choice
Chips and sample cups will be provided
